The Body Passion ships across Canada & the United States (unfortunately we are unable to ship to Hawaii & Alaska at this time).  All orders placed online on our website are processed within 72 business hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. 

 

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

At The Body Passion, we take great pride in our handcrafted, products. If you have received an item you are dissatisfied with, please see our return policy below and email info@thebodypassion.com

 

We do not offer returns or refunds, however, we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller's discretion. No credit will be issued for returned items. Please ensure items show no signs of use.  Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from the purchase date in the original unopened packaging, at the customer's shipping expense.

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Body Passion does not guarantee that the item will be received.  Please email info@thebodypassion.com for exchanges.
